- 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1 to 1 ½ tablespoons milk
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Cake Batter
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground cinnamon, heavy cream, eggs, water, and cake mix. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until the batter is smooth and well-blended.
